Expectations

It's probably no secret that I have high expectations for this class. I'm hoping to truly gain a greater understanding of the Election System and the way the Presidential Campaigns are run. I'm excited to work on a Presidential Campaign (Sen. Sanders) in the lead up to the First-in-the-Nation Primary. I think this experience will be rewarding. I'm also hoping to meet some candidates in New Hampshire. It would be amazing to meet some of the other dedicated public servants.

Introduction

Hi! I'm Richie Marini, a Sophomore, majoring in Mass Communications at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. This semester I plan to work for Sen. Bernie Sanders as he vies to seek the highest office in the land. I chose Sen. Sanders because I share a lot of his ideals and beliefs. When it comes to social issues, which I hold higher than anything else, there is no other candidate.
